TURNAROUND TIME:

Stroller Tags & Photo Mats ship within 5 business days of your order being place.

Accessories & Home Decor ship within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise stated in the product description.

RETURN POLICY:
Every item is made-to-order. All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

How do I attach my stroller tag?

Zip-tie's are included in all tag purchases at no extra cost!You can add ribbon to decorate it further.You may also use adhesive magnets, binder clips and more depending on what you are attaching your tag to.

Care instructions

1. Stroller Tags:

Tags are aluminum and designs are permanent.

*Some designs are made with professional grade vinyl which is meant to withstand wear and tear.

2. Photo Panels:

Panels are aluminum. Works with permanent markers but allow to dry before touching. Panels may bend if mishandled and are packed with cardboard packing and a plastic protection sleeve for shipment.

3. Tumblers & Frosted Glasses:

It is best to hand wash all drinkware with warm water and mild soap. Dishwasher is not recommended and may result in peeling or fading designs.

What if my tag gets wet from the rain?

No worries! Tags are made with weather resistant material.Be cautious if left in direct sunlight as the aluminum will become warm to touch.

​What if my package doesn't arrive in time for my trip?

Stroller Tags, Tumblers, and Photo Mats ship within 5 business days.

Shipping upgrades are available. Please check that available options are within your time frame prior to completing your order.  Refunds will not be provided if your item fails to arrive to you on time as long as item shipping within it's timeline policy posted on your item listing.

If you need an order rush shipped, please message upon placing your order with your travel date and I will do my best to accommodate your rush at no extra cost as long as your selected shipping option is within the appropriate timeframe.
